Our
home in Cuernavaca, is a very good example of fine Mexican architecture
and garden design.
Made by the previous owner, the renowned Architect Carlos Herrera Massieu for himself,
our house was beautifully set on three levels, on
an uneven landscape perfectly taken advantage of.
The profuse use he did of different kinds of marble,
wood and glass all over the house add so much beauty to it, and the
thickness and height of it's walls make it noise and weather-proof, like
if such things were needed in this city of eternal spring.
The old gardens full of flowers, ferns, bamboos, palms and
sub-tropical trees all around, and the breathtaking view from every spot
of the house, just make it unique.
Above all this beauty, our Xolos are the
living sculptures that adorn the house and give joy to our lives! |
